So, I got this MAF-T. The directions say theres only one wire tap which is the white wire. But, I have 2 loose wires. One white and One Purple? I see no where in the instructions about the purple wire??

anyone got some insight on this?

The purple wire is an auxilary wire, you probably won't hook it up to anything...'til you get NAAAAWWWWWWWWWZZZ wacko.gif . Just tape up the end of it, in case you do end up using it in the future.

By the way, are you going to get the upgraded MAFT chip (version 2.08)?...they're gonna start shipping them out next week. I'd recommend signing up on fullthrottletech.com...the members there will get them before anyone else biggthumpup.gif .

I've been reading about that. Its going to be a lot more precise to tune with. The beta testers have had pretty much nothing but good things to say about it.
