New engine is 9.0:1. Any ideas on fuel tuning? I understand that I'll need to boost lower than I'm used to, but with a higher static c/r will I need to set up the low throttle settings to be richer on the afc?

You'll either have to run richer or run less timing. Its up to you which direction you want to go. Myself I'd run a bit leaner with less timing. It seems to be working well for me so far.
