I used to have the same problem but new lock washers solved it for me. Oh, and I also tighten them once when the parts are cold and then again when they're hot (i.e. expanded). -------------------- my cars breath smells like car food

Buy bolts made for headers/manifolds. I believe Winner's Cirlce has them. You might get lucky with the right thread.

I got some lock washers from Nina's and that fixed it for me. Mine used to work free all the time. The ones that didn't work free, seized
