what is the max psi i can run safely with stock fuel system on my 2g. It has a 14b turbo and 1g bov? Currently in the process of buying everything to upgrade but for now this has to do.

Generally 15 psi, but YMMV.

Again, a little research will go a long way in answering some of these simple questions. This questions in particular has been asked a million times. Check the archives on this site, dsmtalk, dsmtuners, vfaq.com, etc.

Get a logger!

The only way to know what a "safe" anything is can be answered by looking at a datalog. I beleive a 2G does not log knock, so you have to see where the timing is being pulled, which indicate knocking. So basically you just keep upping the boost to the timing starting falling and then back the boost down.
