Administration Notice, Memebers help needed Options

DSMCentral's provider or set-up is currently experiencing some problems with a program that sends out an e-mail notice when ever a member gets a PM on this board. It appears that none of these e-mails are going through and I am getting inundated with error messages.

To temporarily stop the error messages I would like all members to go into 'My Controls' on their DSMCentral home page and then click on 'Email Settings'. Once there, make sure there is NO check mark or 'x' in the box for 'Send confirmation e-mail when I receive a new private message' under the heading 'Board Preferrences'.
