ok I have been searching all over the net and can't find anything on them. my question is can it be replaced on a 92 ?

The core support or the actual mounts? The core support is spot welded in. The mounts are at the bottom and the top. The top mounts bolt in, the bottom mounts are welded in I believe.

could I cut it out and weld in a new one with out and problems?

yeah, that wouldn't be too much of a problem. I'd cut it out and weld in new steel rod or bar with tabs and stuff for brackets though. It might actually even be easier than sourcing a replacement.
