I just got this turbo for a customer, and it is HUGE!! The GT37 uses the same compressor housing as the FP30 series turbos. Enjoy.

I wish I could afford a 42R, header, waste gate, ect for my car.....alas I'll have to settle for the ol'3065.

FP 3065, Ported 2G exahust manifold, AEM EMS, 3" 02 housing, Shepard Racing Stage 3 tranny, Fadinza 8 LB. flywheel, Exedy stage 2 tripple puck thick ceramic cluch, 08 from the tank to filter, -6 to rail from filter, Aeromotive FPR 1:1 riseing rate, Crower Stage 4's. All of that and I don't know what I want to do next.

I just booked the shipping wieght on this one and it's 53LBs.

Andy, why did you go with the duel 44mm gates. Had you considered Tial's new 60mm waste gate?

That would be a deciding factor. When are you expecting to see the turbo start to make boost, and full boost?

No clue on when it'll start to make boost, should have full boost by 5000-6000, hard to say. There is no information out there with a true twin-scroll-twin divided wastegate manifold paired up with a twin scroll GT4202

I prefer street tunes.....but maybe I'll play with race gas this time. Plus I'll have alot more flexibility in the tuning now that I've got the AEM.

i still coaxed the Z to an 11.2@124 on 93 & drag radials last june

Good show guys.

Chris, keep in mind that a guy with a normally large FP3065 is also envious on the GT42! laugh.gif

It's so true!

I took a picture of the GT37 because that's all I have laying around right now, and it uses the same compressor housing as the FP30 series turbos. I sent the 3065 back to FP to be checked over and some modifications done to it. That's why I didn't have my turbo in the pics.
