Need a little advice Options

Alright so I recently wrecked my laser, a very very sad day for me. I am not back in the market to grab up another 1g and came accross one and am trying to figure out if it is worth my time.
Its a 1990 mitsubishi eclipse GSX and the guy sent me this in the email new cylinder head,cometic gasket, arp studs, boost controller.
There is a problem though and I just got off the phone with the guy because in the email all he said was a fuel injector problem. What he said is he went and put gas in the car and then drove it home. He said later he went to start it up and it wouldnt start up. He said it is getting getting fuel into the fuel rail but is not getting any fuel through the injectors.
Basically what I'm trying to do is narrow down what problem could be causing this and figure out if the car is worth it or not. I would appreciate any help I could get.

I do still have the fwd laser for parts and of course swaping all my mods over if I get another one.
