Sorry I had to do it! Options

Driving home from P-town tonight, a little red Civic about ran me off the road getting on an off ramp. I proceeded to provoke him for a few miles here and there. Then low and behold we ended up at a stop light together.

Oh..I'm bad....I didn't want to hurt the poor little thing! I mean it wasn't your normal riced out Civic. He had no exhaust tip that I could see. He appeared to be sporting the stock rubber and rollers. No fins or stickers of any kind. WOW!

We nodded at each other and it was on. I couldn't bring my self to rev-up on him, but as soon as the light changed He mashed it and was getting serious rubber. I gave a half-hearted bog-style launch and imediately pulled a car or two and slammed second like never before. I could here his tires ripping it up in second as well. Once I got to the end of second though I had 4 plus cars on the little commuter. So I let out of it and eased 'er into 3rd. He didn't even do a ricer fly by...very respectable in my book.

Even though I wiped him out before I got to 55MPH, I was impressed with his performace and lack of rice.
