Children.... behave now. Turbo, just go race the guy. If you win, you have officially "punked this m/f." If you lose, then obviously you built the slower car, and this individual is not, indeed, talking smack. Talk to Spy about losing, and I'd be willing to bet that he'll tell you plenty of instances where he lost. But the point is he raced. And loved every bit of it.
