Wow! This strange animosity is in two threads. I haven't met Troy yet, but I have talked to him on the phone and he seems like a cool guy to me. Messages on web forums can be perceived much differently than they were meant by the person reading it. On the other hand, Troy, you can come off a little aggressive in your posts sometimes.
Lets agree to compromise and meet in the middle so we can avoid the CII syndrome. These aren't rules, but I think they are good guidelines to keeping people satisfied on here. 1. Try not to read so hard into others posts on here. This is something I've had to work on myself in the past. One should only read in between the lines when talking to a spouse or significant other. (IMO, I shouldn't even have to do that 2. Try not to be too aggressive with your posting and post things that could be taken the wrong way. And if there is no other way to word it either don't post it or explain that it is not meant to offend anyone. |
