I was searching through the archives and did not find much discussion on turbo kits for a non-turbo 2G Engine. I have a 98 stock 2.0 with some minor bolt ons. I am looking into a turbo kit. Who here has done this? What kinds of electronics do you need to upgrade? ECU?
Any kit recommendations? I am not looking for crazy power, just a nice entry level kit. Justin -------------------- |

I know of three people that have done the turbo on that car. One of them just blew his car up (after a month), he threw a rod through the block making a whole a little bigger then a quarter. The other two are recoil and temp_me on here... I'm sure this is probably going to be the overall concensus of the board, but I would suggest going out and finding yourself a gst or gsx, and not turboing the chrystler motor
If your still convinced and looking for a kit, hahn racecraft has a pretty nice one. But i would suggest upgrading ur rods, pistons, injectors, and deffinitly getting some sort of fuel controller such as an SAFC -------------------- 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX
