 Low Psi, Need Help With Boost |

Hey i've got a '97 GST eclipse i've got k&N filter , no boost restrictor, i cut the dump tube, and i just installed upper intercooler pipes,lower intercooler pipes and 1g bov. i'm only getting a reading of 9psi and i've check all my pipes and i can't figure out what's up. my buddies got the same set up i do and he's getting 17-19psi? i've got catback exhaust too. help?

I remember that my stock T-25 was pushing 12psi (pretty normal) and then when I removed the BCS restrictor it went up to 15psi, ran like total shit (its getting old). So I can't believe 17 to even 19psi
 on the T-2suck is any good. So TotalEclipse97 -- turn your friends boost down if he wants to keep his turbo, and either be happy with your 9psi while the turbo's running well, or take it as a hint to upgrade  will jbweld work on small holes in the IC?
