Its pretty easy. I used the vfaq and also there is a walkthrough on www.plymouthlaser.com . Once you get everything disconected from the head just go ahead and loosen the bolt that holds the tensioner pulley on. Dont worry about the special tool that you screw into the block to relieve pressure from the pulley. That was just more of a PITA to me. Also as far as the intake mani goes. I just left it on the head and took the whole assemble out at once. Its alot easier to get the intake off when its all off of the car. And last but not least, dont forget to replace the timing belt tensioner!!!!! Luckily my coilpack went bad or I wouldnt have noticed that my tensioner was bad. I think the faulty coilpack probably saved the valves on my new head by not letting the car start.
