in my opinion a stall isnt a big mod....and i dont think that built tranny is gonna make him much faster, unless maybe it added a shift kit, i think its just there to make sure he didnt blow the stock tranny up......and about your brothers vette did you work on it?
 now i could be wrong, but i would think a sprayed, cammed vette with bolt ons would be able to make it out of the 13's....but i see your point of saying that not all cars with certain mods will make the same power.....
