Car: 1991 Plymouth Laser 2.0L DOHC Non-Turbo 5spd. 108,000 miles. Everything works and it has absolutely no rust!!
I finally found a cheap car to get me around (since I just bought a house) and when I went to pick it up the fuel pump quit working. The car has power to the pump, but it doesn't pump. It does run however. I sprayed alittle ether and it took right off! Anyway I was wondering if there were any resources online to see the step by step install of the fuel pump in a '91 N/A Laser with a 2.0L DOHC. I've searched and searched but maybe I missed something? Any other tech help appreciated! Thanks! |

QUOTE (ncgalant @ Aug 31 2004, 04:39 PM) If its anything like my galant, which I think it is, you just take out the back seat, take off the plate, undo the fuel lines, and pull out the pump... Isn't the FWD turbo fuel pump only accessible from underneath the car, towards the back (stern) of the gas tank? I don't think that you can get to it via the back seat area, but I could be mistaken ![]() -------------------- '90 Talon TSi AWD
