does anyone have any insight on the advantages/dis advantages of the vent gauge mod? my a-pillar gets in the way sometimes so i was going to do the vent gauge mod.

I personnally like pillar pods, because they are close to the same sight line that you use for driving, the biggest disadvantage to them that I found is that when turning left you have slightly reduced vision,
check out Straightline Specialties they have a pretty good selection of radio guage bezels for 1G and 2G cars. I have one in my eclipse click here looks good and stays out of the way there are a couple of suggestions for you...hope this helps good luck
