Help Loud Knock @2500 RPM and up Options

Ok I had a boost leak at the injectors. So I replaced the seals at the bottom of the injectors. Also at leak at the top of the TB (the adjustment screw) I used some thread seal (tape) and screwed it back in. Ok start the car back up. sounds great. Idles great. I drive it to get some gas. Finally holds at 14psi. So I adjust the AVCR and it spiked to 20. Then I slow down and hear this knocking noise. It could of been there before but my exhaust is so loud you can`t hear anything. But I know it was not there yesterday because I adjusted the BOV and reved the engine to hear the psssh. I get it in the garage and rev it up and it is a loud knock that sounds like it is coming from the back of the block. THis is a 2g with T-25. If you need to know.
Also the coolant was boiling. I was not looking at the temp gauge while driving maybe I over heated the engine.

I really need some advise. HELP!!!!!

It's very possible for the rod bearing knock to cease after removing the injector. The bearings aren't DIRECTLY affected by the injector, but when the cylinder fires, that's when the assembly is subjected to a serious jolt, and that's when you'll here the noise from a sloppy bearing. Just like hitting a pothole with bad shocks.
