Well I have been getting alot of knock for a while now. Installed my MAFT the other day. and my car was really cutting out and hesitating alot. We thought it was just running way rich. well we chedked my timing belt and it was 2 teeth off. So eversince i installed my cams the timing has been 2 teeth off. So thats why it wasnt running good at the track and why i was getting knock all the time. well we fixed that. The car runs better but still hesistates alot, like its pulling alot of timing but its not. SO i did a log today.
around 7000 rpm the most knock i got was 7 countsand injector duty got as high 119% timing got down to 19 degrees. my 02 says that it got down to .05V My car sputters and sounds like its running on 3 cylinders when i start it up. or sometimes when i let it idle. Do you think maybe i blew an intake manifold gasket? any help would be appreciated thanks. -------------------- WWW.DRAGSOURCE.NET

Use a cheap boost leak tester to check the intake gasket.
