Hey, I got a cold air intake kit for a birthday gift. What is all this stuff about moving the mass air flow sensor? And why did somebody tell my husband a honda civic kit would work for a 1990 eclipse? Stupid auto parts stores! Help. any cold air intake install info would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't have to move the mass air flow sensor anywhere if you got the right intake. Some applications are interchangeable and I'm not sure but it's possible the civic intake and 1G Eclipse are the same. There are plenty of online stores that carry the "cold air" intake for the Eclipse (ones that aren't Ebay cheapos) that should be able to help you.
Just a few:these may or may not carry the intake, you'll just have to look) www.machv.com www.diamondstarmotorsport.com www.slowboyracing.com www.bushchurracing.com www.straightlinespecialties.com www.dsmparts.com Or, you can look in the Links section on the main page of DSMCentral. There should be plenty of links to keep you busy in there. -------------------- "I hear he tunes the space shuttle also...and that thing is fast"
