Burgundy, 5-speed, '92 Mitsu Eclipse GST
6-bolt engine approx. 90,000 engine miles
Transmission mileage: 2,000
Car mileage: 160,000

Engine upgrades:
-K&N filter
-Lightly hacked 1G MAS (to flow better)
-stock 14b turbo (ported turbine housing, in great shape, no shaft play, no cracks in the turbine housing)
-2.25" upper intercooler pipe
-2G throttle body elbow
-manual boost controller
-NGK 8 mm plug wires
-NGK BPR7ES spark plugs
-ported 2G exhaust manifold
-ported O2 housing
-full 3" stainless steel mandrel bent exhaust from Buschur Racing (4" tip) (www.buschurracing.com)
-255 lph high pressure fuel pump

Drivetrain upgrades:
-Fully rebuilt 5-speed manual transmission done by TRE (www.teamrip.com) Very smooth shifts.
-Steel shift forks
-Double synchro 2nd gear (for easy high RPM shifts into 2nd)
-Phantom Grip limited slip front differential (better traction)
-Equal-length halfshafts off an AWD (better traction)
-Symborski shift kit (Stiffens the shifter feel, reduces slop www.infobottle.com)
-ACT 2100 clutch
-stainless steel clutchline

Suspension upgrades:
-Eibach Pro-kit springs
-KYB AGX adjustable shocks (both of these really improve the handling and traction)
-Eagle HP tires 205/55/16 85% tread left (not really an upgrade, but I figured it good to mention that these tires have a lot of tread left)

Interior:
-Power locks, power windows
-flip up sun-roof
-Blitz FATT turbo timer
-Optional boost switch
-Autometer boost guage (mounted in the door frame A-pillar)
-Stock Mitsu radio/tape deck (not currently installed)
-Short shift knob (if you've ever seen the stock 1G shift knob you'd understand)
-Seats, dash, door cards all in great shape

Exterior:
Nothing fancy here. All in all in pretty good shape. The hood has some chips in the paint and is slightly faded in one spot. The passenger door is missing the lower molding. I have an unpainted replacement that will go with the car. There is a slight crack in one of the tail lights. There is a small bondoed blemish on the passenger rear quarter panel.

Other details:
-No power steering One of the lines leaks so I took off the PS pump and resevoir. I still have these and they will go with the car in case the buyer decides to fix the power steering. The car steers easily above 10 mph. Below 10 mph it takes a little more muscle, but its really not hard at all. EDIT: Plus, no PS pump frees up some HP because there are less parisitic losses on the rotating assembly.
-The AC works perfectly, but needs to be recharged with R-134a. I have the recharge kit, that will go with the car. All the buyer would need is a few bottles of R-134a which can be bought cheap at any auto-parts store. I will recharge if the buyer wants.
-Brakes replaced 500 miles ago
-Timing belt replaced 10,000 miles ago

Performance:
Never been dynoed or taken to the track.

As with any high-performance FWD car, traction is the killer. This car has had everything done to it to reduce this traction problem and it has all made a big difference. It still breaks the tires loose easily in 1st gear if the throttle is mashed to the floor, but 2nd through 5th pose no problems. Stickier tires should improve this even more.

This car handles incredibly due to the stiff suspension. If one finds it too stiff, simply adjust the shocks to a softer setting.

This car has raced many a F-body, Mustang, DSM, and a certain 3000GT on the road and enjoys a winning record, esp. from a roll. I estimate its putting out about 275-300 crank HP at 16 psi of boost.

I should have some pics up tomorrow. If you have any questions feel free to post them here, PM me, or email me at natedogg661@yahoo.com .

I have invested about $3600 in upgrades for this car and am letting it go for cheap. This is an incredible deal.

$4000 negotiable.

EDIT: Added fuel pump in engine upgrades.

Now its on ebay if you'd rather bid...
I'm still willing to sell outright and cancel the auction if I get a good offer.
