Ok, it's not a DSM, but I have a possibly great opportunity. There's an 86 Supra sitting in the parking lot here, and it's been abandoned. The body is extremely clean and straight. No clue as to why it's been ditched, but I think it may be mine for the taking. Figuring about $700 to get it home, so that's a pretty damn cheap supra. biggthumpup.gif

I don't know anything about them. It's a plain v-6 RWD. I'm gonig to get a carfax on it, and there wasn't any type of badging on the car. It just says Supra. So I guess I just need to know if it's worth me getting home. I wouldn't be upset if I HAD to switch to supras from DSMs ph34r.gif wink.gif

Back in the day the 86 Supra's were nice. I would consider them 1st or 2nd gen. If there was one before this body style I don't know what it looked like. But the 86' is a different body than one previous to the 1993.

I personally don't think this is a good idea though. You abandoned a DSM that could have been shipped home for similar money. You will prbably not have any fewer problems with this supra than you would with the DSM to be honest.
