We'll I think the old 350 in my K20 finally bit the dust. Pulling a car on a trailer up the Germantown Hill Saturday, got a good run at the bottom, droped it down a gear, gave it everything I could. (trucks had a tired motor and 3:23 gears) By the top of the hill, she's missing like a SOB. Last time this happened I put a new set of plug wires on it and it fixed it. This time, however, I hear an obvious knocking... Sounds like it's coming from the valvetrain. Motor supposedly only has 106k on it, starting to doubt that now.

Point of the story.... anyone got a decent running 350 they want to sell cheap?

I'm told it ran...to be honest I don't have first hand knowledge. Looking at the heads, I'd say they need valve guides.

It would probably be best if you come look at it, but I have a few pict posted here

I could add some picture of the heads tonight if you would like.

As you know, Max Diesel had showed some interest, so I'll have to see if he's still interested.
