IMO, OE for things like belts and tensioners is the best you can get.

As far as the headgasket goes, if I were replacing the headgasket, I wouldn't bother putting a stock one back on for what the 4-layer costs. It's only about 30 bucks more and it's plenty more reliable (up to 25psi from what Slowboy says).
