I am wanting a good o2 housing for the Fireball. Any good ideas would be helpfull. And I want the most air flow I can get.
Is a tubular o2 housing the best since I have a header? Let me know what you guys got. as spring is getting closer by the day. ![]() -------------------- |

Theoretically an external dump gives you better control over your boost with less chance to creep because the exhaust gasses coming from the wastegate have a free path to the atmosphere vs. exhaust back-pressure if routed back to the downpipe. However, when the WG opens get ready for some noise. Its loud and its obnoxious, no two ways about it. Just depends on whether that bothers you or not. It certainly doesn't seem to bother me. Of course, I'm generally concentrating too hard on try to keep the damn car from torquing off the road when that WG opens.
