OK, I have a logging solution now and can plot 2 properties at the same time. If I'm really searching for knock I record Ignition Timing Advance vs. what, Engine RPM? Air Flow Rate from MAF?

"Long Term Fuel Trim-BX (up to 2) – indicates the correction being used by the fuel control system in both open and closed loop modes of operation."
"Short Term Fuel Trim-BX (up to 2) – indicates the correction being used by the closed loop fuel algorithm. If the fuel system is open loop, 0% correction should be reported." ... there are some fuel rail pressure readings as well ... And no direct read of knock, no, this is all through the OBDII port ... -------------------- ... she likes bein' forced ...
