New:

timing belt (OEM)
Timing belt tensioner (OEM)
timing belt pulleys
water pump
balance shaft belt or a balance shaft removal (I removed mine, one less thing to worry about)
whatever gaskets you wanna replace

If you want cheap OEM parts check out JNZ Tuning, thats where I got all my timing belt stuff from, they sell Mitsu parts cheap as hell
http://www.JNZTuning.com

anyone wanna add anything else??
