anyone know what could cause dime sized holes in 2 valves on the exhaust side of my head? holes were in two different cylinders. i was just wondering how this might have happened and if anyone thinks this might have caused more damage elsewhere.

I've seen it before though. Remember those metal pieces went somewhere... possibly into the oil passages.
 I'd check the pistons for damage too.
