My unfounded opinion is that the aftermarket clutch disks and/or pressure plates have some slight imbalance that cause the input shaft bearings to make noise. The noise seems even more pronounced with an aftermarket flywheel.
I don't think the throw out bearing has anything to do with the noise. -------------------- Eric Wort
