what are the fluid capacities of the Transmsion and T-case for a 1G GSX.... I know I will be using GM syncromesh for the Trans... what does everyone seem to be using for the T-case???

ok, if I am not beating on my car and just occationally getting on it, is there an advantage to the redline oil or would the standard GL4 gear oil be sufficiant... kinda like if you have a race only small/big block chevy in a race only car, you might have to upgrade to a 20W-50 race oil, but in a street car, you can accually do more damage than good
