I am starting to pull the engine in the Talon this month. I am pretty sure it had crank walk. Spun to different sets of bearing. Does anyone have any suggestions before I dig into this project to far. I know there are a hand full of you that have dealt with this same problem before. And I know you are all going to say do a 6bolt swap but I am on a budget with this. I dont want to throw another 1000 to 1500 back into the engine. If the head is still good I would like to reuse it. But what do you guys think?

My opinion is, do it right, do it once. If you don't have the money to do things correctly the first time, how will you ever afford to fix the problems that an intermediate solution will cause?
