I will post updates as work on this progresses, as of now I'm about to eat breakfast.
Basically last night I was driving, decided to run out 2nd gear. At around 5000RPMS the car Shuddered violently. I slowed down and drove back to a parking lot (I was out in the country;) ) which was about a mile. When I got there people said my car was throwing sparks. I believe it was the melted metal dripping down off the case and sparking in the same way slag does. I will have much more pictures! Sorry about the big size of the first one!! Basically, I took out the drain plug and there was ZERO fluid in there. I will have questions about doing a X-fer recall later... DAMN Dave! That sucks. First the tranny now the transfer case. Why don't you take it to Dodge to see if you can get a recall on it? That's absolutely amazing
