 1990 Eprom repair |

I have a 1990 Eprom ECU that does not work, turn the key, and it doesnt boot up, my other ecu works just fine.
The caps are new, so i dont think that is the problem. unless they were poorly installed. I am looking for a place that can repair my ECU. prefer a reputible person that has worked on them before. thanks Eric |
