calling all dsm talkers, need helpon dsm talk Options

ok here is the situation, this guy is selling cartoon art with dsm's. i paid for one and he was making it in the color of my car. well to me the quality isnt up to par with the original that he posted. he also changed the sizing after i had already paid. after i paid, he changed it from 11x14 to 8.5x11. i pointed out the things i didnt like about the finished product, which he claims to have sent, but i havent received. its been almost a month since i paid for it and prly 20 days since his last email saying he was sending it the next day. on dsmtalk he wont address the things i pointed out that i didnt like, he just argues that he thinks its fine.
he posted that if i could get 3 dsm talkers to agree that the quality isnt as good as the original, he will send me a new pic. i am hoping for a refund, but if he sends me one of better quality, i'd be happy. now i dont want people to just go and post on my behalf just for support.. i only want you to go and post there if you believe that the pic he did for me is not of the same quality as the original.

notice the differences.. on the pic he did for me, the front lenses arent sharp, the foglights are the same color as the body, the body line through the door is different, the side skirts are different, and the wheels have (what he calls)"a cool chromey look." what i asked for was to make it identicle to the original(the white one), i wanted the same wheels as the original.. you can definitely tell a quality difference there.. the original has depth and detail in the lip.. the front end on the original looks better..
the fact that its 8.5x11 instead of the 11x14 that i paid for, should be enough reason alone to merit a refund or a replacement picture, but its hard to replace a picture i havent received.
anyway, i know some of you may think this is dumb and pointless, but that is my money.. it may not be alot, but its still hard earned dollars and i dont like wasting it.
