 this one was taken today  well looks like I am in need of a 17c wheel. so were dose one get a 17c wheel??

ok turbochargers.com has the 17c wheel for $79+ shipping. since I have 0 shaft play should I bother with a rebuild kit or just get the wheel?? and since I will have the turbo off the car is there anything I should do to gain a little extra power??
