As a few of you know, I have finally unloaded the Evo. I miss it...a lot. It will be remembered as one of the greatest cars I have ever owned.

In its place sits a white '98 Chevy Silverado 4x4 with 55K miles on it. It is in pristine shape inside and out and I am very happy with it and the lower cost of ownership. No large loan payments, much lower insurance rate. Only thing theoretically more expensive about it is the gas mileage, but since I don't have my foot in it like I did with the Evo, and it doesn't require premium that remains to be seen. biggrin.gif

I'll try to get some pics up sometime soon.

The way I see it...

not ever having to explain why you're going to the strip club on a saturday afternoon > having a bathroom that smells like flowers instead of dried piss

and....

having the option to eat nothing but braunsweiger and malt liquor for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and relish the subesequent burps, farts, and other gaseous emanations > having another 'side of the family' and all their drama BS to deal with on holidays and emotional occasions

my cars breath smells like car food
