since cii is obviously not coming back, james(moodybluesr) created a site specifically for the Central Illinois Region autocrossers. he just created it recently, so there isnt much of anything on it yet, but the forums are setup and the url was posted at the autox this weekend.
so hopefully it will pick up the slack that cii left. schedule of remaining autocrosses should be posted very soon www.ciautox.proboards79.com |

QUOTE (BudmannG @ Jul 19 2006, 05:52 PM) QUOTE (AWD DSM 1 @ Jul 19 2006, 06:43 PM) QUOTE (RacerX11 @ Jul 19 2006, 03:37 PM) What is the value in starting a new site? There are sub-forums on CentralStreetScene and CIAutoforum already dedicated to AutoX. Some people can't get on CSS... hell, I tried to simply update my e-mail and I can no longer post on there. Never sent me the confirmation e-mail. I'm all for new sites. Same here!!! I tried to register on CSS and I didn't get anything in my mail box or bulk mail. I even sent an email to an admin. and no response. New sites are good for the community! ![]() eh, 50 small boards are not good for the community, one LARGE one is......I don't see DSM CEntral, CSS, the Ci autox one, ever doing that. too many sites = too much time spent browsing so you have less frequent visitors --------------------
