Leon Reitman of Reitman Racing & Buschur Racing blew the previous best 14b 1/4 ET of 12.04 completely out of the water with a 11.842 @ 113.43 in the 1/4. His vehicle is a 94 Talon TSi 14b without nitrous, but I'm going to have to check and see what all he has done to go so deep into the 11's with the stock turbo!

BTW - That's .08 seconds faster than the fastest 16g time listed...Wow!

As far as taking the big 16G into low times, I think I've got the junk to do it.

Right now I'm running 21psi on pump gas and timing is great. The car pulls like a freight train all the way up to redline. Figure in the fact that I've got more than enough supporting mods for a much bigger turbo as well as the traction of AWD with the weight of a gutted FWD and I think the car is deadly. Did I mention that my custom gauges indicate a 40psi boost level even at idle speed and a 175hp NOS shot at all times. That parachute button is going to come in handy when trying to stop from 130+mph at the end of the 1/4.

My biggest problem right now is that I keep blowing IC pipes right and left, but I'll take a page from Nate's playbook and replace the 'high torque' clamps given with spoolinups cooler kit with t-bolt clamps and I'll be set. The only other things I'd like to have when searching for solid 11's would be cams, a light driveshaft, and the poor SOB who could only muster 11.8 with a small 16g's wife's phone number so I could call her and show her who the man is. But that would all just be icing on the cake.

Having said all that, I'll probably end up never going to the track with the car, but I'll GTECH it sometime soon and never tell anyone about it if I'm wrong. Since everyone else is paper racing I wanted a piece.
