well i put the aem big brakes on. my problem is that the rotors are rubbing the lca. i didnt think there was a difference between the awd and fwd lca's, but am i wrong??
i took a grinder to the lca's and removed a little bit of material and that helped alot with the rubbing. but didnt totally eliminate it. the only thing i can figure is that since my car is dropped 2.5" and dropping a dsm gives positive camber, i need to get a camber kit and give myself some negative camber any thoughts or input would be appreciated! one thing is for sure.. it was definitely a good upgrade.. stops a hell of alot better! btw, does anyone know who aem sold the design to? i wanna get replacement rotors for it |

QUOTE (natedogg @ Oct 18 2006, 01:42 PM) That's weird. Every DSM I've ever owned or seen that has been dropped has negative camber. Those brakes look great! x2 I've never heard of a car having positive camber after being lowered. ![]() Those brakes do look good, though. Thats one of the next things on my to do list. |
