I need to repeatly cut a bunch of 2" wide 1/8" aluminum plate in identical lengths. My original plan was to use my 14" cutoff saw. Unfortunately, I just found out an abrasive saw just melts the alumium, doesn't really cut through it.
I could use my jigsaw, but it's not that accurate. I've cut a 10" chopsaw also. I did a little searching and some people are using fine alternate tooth wood blade, but that doesn't seem too safe. So any ideas out there? -------------------- 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD "The Black Golfball" How fast can a 14B go???
