Im lookin into putting a turbo kit on my car and have been looking into turbo kits on ebay was just wondering if anyone had any advice on it anything good or bad appreciate it

well if you decide to run a 14b on the car, you will only be able to run about 6psi, and boost will fall off before 7000rpm.
what ya might consider is picking up an ls motor as the compression ratio is 9.2:1 throw the vtec head on. 200hp is pretty easy to attain na on an ls/vtec, so you would see some pretty good power if you turboed it another consideration is the 96-98 b20 motor out of the crv. which has an 8.8:1 those motors can be had for a decent price and would make a killer setup.. then sell your b16 shortblock to make up most of the cost of the replacement motor and then have money to work with that you would have used to lower the compression ratio on the b16.. i still say b16 is best in na form ![]() |
