need help!, someone on dsmtuners Options

here is the story. i bought an evo3 16g from a guy on dsmsource. his screen name is heli-2. i made the payment friday the 25th. he said he would send it the next day. i have not received anything from him and he has made no replies since i sent the payment. i tried emailing paypal because everytime i would try to file dispute the site would freeze, but they didnt reply to my emails. so i stopped the payment at the bank. well now i have about $500 in fees at the bank because paypal keeps trying to run the payment through. i called them and told them the situation but they were of no help and only pissed me off more. anyway, i was on dsmtuners looking around and found an evo3 16g listed on there for $225. the guys screen name is johnciv_talon. the guy i bought the turbo from on dsmsource was heli-2, but his paypal address was johnciv6@hotmail.com. thats too coincidental for me. i just want someone to message this guy on dsmtuners for me to see what paypal address he gives. here is his ad on tuners

heli-2 finally replied to me today after i threatened him with legal action. he claims he doesnt know what i am talking about and claims he sent the turbo out over a week ago. i find it curious that he makes these claims but never replied to my messages, never told me he had shipped the turbo, and never provided me with any shipping details.

any help i can get on this would be greatly appreciated. the last month has been hell for me and this situation really screwed me over... i needed that turbo before the weekend.. now i am behind schedule. i cant seem to catch a break.
