I probably wouldn't bother, most of the power gain of the 16g and 20 over the 14 on a same boost level basis is actually in the larger exhaust housing. The only advantage of upgrading the compressor wheel is to run higher boost levels.

A 20g with a 6cm exhaust housing will spool pretty quickly and hold 25+psi to redline, but the exhaust turbine backpressure will be extremely high and you won't make as much power as you would with a 7cm exhaust housing.
