Been thinking of ways to lose some weight this year. One thing that come to mind is some plastic racing seats like Summit sells. Anybody have some experience in these? My only concern is the hour trip to Cordova...in a plastic seat=crippled old man. biggrin.gif

They make padded covers which would be an option to make them a little more comfortable.

What else is out there that doesn't cost a million?

Are these seat safe to use with standard seat belts?

akamiami would be a great person to hit up on techniques for lightening the DSM. AnAlUbE was a very anorexic beast when he got done with it. I think he custom made brackets for some racing seats that save a crap load of weight.
