Alright, I've got the bug to upgrade my clutch and flywheel. I was thinking about going with the ACT XAct chromoly flywheel and a Star (is it called Spec now?) Stage 2 kevlar clutch. I don't really want an ACT 2600 as I'm going to be driving this thing all the time, and the 2100 doesn't really seem to be worth the money compared the almost new stock style clutch I've got. Is the Stage 2 smooth enough for a daily driver?

Also, I'm planning on using a stock Mitsu headgasket, Clevlite bearings, and whatever for misc gaskets. I'm kind of undecided on rings, whether to go for Sealed Power, Mitsu, or Beck/Arnley. I'm also undecided on the timing belt, instinct says go Mitsu, but Autozone carries a Goodyear Gatorback version of the timing belt, which should be pretty good. Way too many options here unsure.gif

Well, total cost of all of the stuff that I want from Conicelli is over $600, which includes:

Rings $108.05
rod bearings 70.77
oil pump(gears only) 38.73 + 19.58 (maybe)
main bearings 65.73
complete gasket set 175.76
timing belt 59.26
tensioner hydraulic adjuster 63.52
tensioner pulley 20.92 (maybe)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
$622.32 or $543.09, depending on the maybe factor

I guess I can always order the pulleys/gears later if I find anything out of spec.

I'm not sure if Conicelli even reads those requests anymore, since I put that request in I actually noticed their whole online catalog with prices in it. I asked a question last night about that catalog and they answered it this morning, but they still haven't answered my parts price request.
