RS to RS-T, not running correctly Options

Well well well guess what! I got the turbo kit on my RS. But its not running right. For some reason Ive got a check engine light on for the MAP sensor. Its saying to high of voltage. Yes I do have the missing link on it. But the CEL was on before the missing link was put on. Im thinking the S-AFC is doing it. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Anywho with the MAP freaking out the ECU is dumping way too much fuel so I had to put the stock fuel pump back in just so it would run. Also when it spools up it seems to be loosing boost somewhere either the couplers or out the BOV I cant seem to place it. I figure first thing is first fix the MAP problem then I can get to the boost creep after finding that replace the fuel pump and start tuning again. OH KOU I do still want the side mount IC if its still for sale.
I did purchase a wide band O2 with a digital read out on it so I could tune the car to perfection. It will log 44 min. and will hook up to a computer for close analysis. Cant wait for this toy to come in.
Well if anyone has any ideas or would like to check it out with me please let me know. I NEED BOOST!

It shouldn't matter if you can move the bypass valve while the car is idling. It should be loose because the diphragm is sampling vacuum. When it sees positive pressure aka. boost it should make the valve stiff so none of the pressurized air leaks out. But when the throttle plate shuts and the manifold is reading vacuum, this should make the valve loose so the pressurized air can escape out the valve instead of surging against the compressor.
