 rev limiter, how do get around it?? |

i drive an 02 lancer and want to be able to get past 6500 rpms.
this limiter is cramping my driving! also i need to get around the same on a 2nd gen eclipse limiter as well. do i need a chip or do i send the computer to this company i found online that'll flash it and send it back or what?????? i am confused. |

i agree! the lancer isn't that strong of an engine. it not like the EVO. you go any higher on the revs and i think you're gonna run into some engine damaging problems. i can't belive that you are making power after 6500rpms on that thing. but if you are that's bad ass!
