Ok, I'm not about to drop hundreds on HID's but does anyone have any reccomendation for the brightest headlight/driving lights/foglights out there? Got a little weight reduction project while I'm waiting for that pesky header.
I'd like to remove the entire pop-up mechanism and shine some light directly through that lower lense. Rumor has it you can drop 23pounds off the front end from this. With the smaller area and the extra plastic to diffuse the light I'd like to go as bright as possible though. I'd rather a more informed opinion than the displays at Autozone though. *cross posting on CII as well* -------------------- |

QUOTE (akamiami @ Nov 18 2003, 01:12 PM) I saw a guy on dsm talk did something like this. I think he ended up using walmart lights and they were bright enough. A buddy of mine did it w/some Walmart fog lights....definitely NOT bright enough. You can see them just fine when he's driving at you, but they don't light up the road _at all_ when driving at night. -------------------- '90 Talon TSi AWD
