i was wondering what the stock exhaust piping size is. i bought my talon with a ton of little problems and one of those problems is the "custom" exhaust that the previous owner had is broke. well its not really broke, its just not connected correctly. he had a bunch of pieces of pipes (maybe 2.5") put together with clamps and a "revolution" muffler. i am wanting to know which is the original pipe (and its size) and which is the stuff they slapped on there. thanks a lot.

Stock size is 2.25". How many clamps and pieces are we talking? If it's downpipe, test pipe, and catback with the muffler clamped on at the end it's not so bad. The Buschur racing exhausts use a slip fitting with clamps (although the muffler is welded on)
