i was wanting to know what the manual steering rack consist of?? where can i get one? and is it hard to change over from power to manual rack? I'm sure someone has done it right?

Tyler, you sound like your going to turn this daily driver of yours into a hopped-up, finicky parts breaking beast. I can't say that we don't all seem to travel a similar road, but just make sure that you recognize the greater amounts of down time and head aches that you will likely have with a car modded to the levels you seak.
